This decision will be published in the Fort Lupton Press as soon as <br />possible. The first day following publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public comment period. <br />If, within thirty days, there are no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will become final. <br /> <br />The Division holds a Corporate Surety bond issued by your company (Bond No. *9990), for this operation <br />in the amount of $1,201,563.00. The proposed release amount is ($383,157.00). <br /> <br />Please be aware that this notification is not a request to initiate any action by Travelers Casualty and Surety <br />Co of America concerning Bond No. *9990, and is for your information only.
