the County with proof of Property Owner's authority to enter into this Agreement within five (5) days of <br /> receiving such request. <br /> 12.0 Acknowledgment. County and Property Owner acknowledge that each has read this Agreement, <br /> understands it, and agrees to be bound by its terms.
