Box 773598 Steamboat Springs, CO 80477 Re: Hayden Gulch Loadout (Permit No. C-1992-081) Technical Revision No. 12 (TR-12) TR13 Permanent Retention of Haulroad Dear Routt County Commissioners: The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety hereby issues notice, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, Section 116, Paragraph 4, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, that on November 21, 2022 an application to revise coal mining operations at the Hayden Gulch Loadout was considered complete for the purposes of filing. The revision was submitted by Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. Permanent retention of the Tie across haulroad. Turning it over to Routt County The applicant is not proposing additional surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance. The loadout coal mining operation is on land located approximately 2 miles Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Portions of: E1/2 Sec. 10, W1/2,SE1/4, and SW1/4 Sec. 14, E1/2E1/2 Sec. 15, NE1/4 Sec. 22, N1/2NW1/4 Sec. 23, S1/2N1/2, and NW1/4 Sec. 24, Township 6 North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. Portions of: SW1/4, SE1/4, and NE1/4 Sec.17, SE1/4 Sec. 18, N1/2 Sec. 19, Township 6 North, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian. The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map(s): Mount Harris.
