The revision was submitted by Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC. All review and comment periods as provided in the Act and the Regulations initiate from this date of filing. The loadout coal mining operation is on land located approximately 2 miles Southeast of Hayden, Colorado. The permit area is further described as follows: Portions of: E1/2 Sec. 10, W1/2,SE1/4, and SW1/4 Sec. 14, E1/2E1/2 Sec. 15, NE1/4 Sec. 22, N1/2NW1/4 Sec. 23, S1/2N1/2, and NW1/4 Sec. 24, Township 6 North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.M. Portions of: SW1/4, SE1/4, and NE1/4 Sec.17, SE1/4 Sec. 18, N1/2 Sec. 19, Township 6 North, Range 87 West of the 6th Principal Meridian. The above-mentioned tracts of land are shown on the following USGS 7.5 minute Quadrangle map(s): Mount Harris.
