Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste R -Topsoil <br /> CONIMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Hayden Gulch Loadout conducted by Zach Trujillo of Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining and Safety(DRMS)on November 15,2022.No representative of Hayden Gulch Terminal, <br /> LLC accompained the inspection. The weather for inspection was clear with snow covered gound conditions of <br /> around 6 inches in depth. High temperatures during the inspection were around 25 degrees fahrenheit. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3),Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5)and <br /> (6)/4.03.2(5) and(6),Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The full length of the haul road was inspected.
