The application was deemed complete on November 21, <br />2022. <br /> <br />SL-8 seeks Phase III Bond Release on 9.5 acres of pads and roads. Reclamation work on the SL-8 <br />parcels was completed between 2010 and 2012. <br /> <br />Permit Revision (PR), Permit Renewal (RN), or Technical Revision (TR) application materials are <br />available for review at the Paonia Public Library, 2 3rd Street, Paonia, CO 81428; Delta County <br />Clerk and Recorder, 501 Palmer Street, Room 211, Delta, CO 81416; Gunnison County Clerk and <br />Recorder, 221 N. Wisconsin, Gunnison, CO 81230 and at the Division’s Denver office.
