<br />1. The four water storage reservoirs shown hereon may change
<br />as miningand reclamation progresses, depending on future Oil
<br />and Gas activities at the site.
<br />2. Final development of the reservoirs and their supporting
<br />facilities will be the responsibility of the eventual reservoir
<br />owner.
<br />3. The reservoirs will have gravel access roads around the
<br />perimeters of each reservoir. The locations shown hereon may
<br />change.
<br />4. The approximate access points for each Reservoir Area are
<br />shown hereon. The accesses to the Reservoirs will be used to
<br />move equipment, needed during development and maintenance
<br />of each reservoir.
<br />5. The unmined areas shown hereon may be used during mining
<br />and reclamation for placement of soil stockpiles, staging areas
<br />and as setbacks. If disturbed, they will be reseeded.
<br />6. The FEMA Flood Plain (Zone A) shown hereon is approximate
<br />and represents the best information available at the time this
<br />document was created and is subject to change.
