Everist' s West <br /> Farm Reservoirs operation will be covered under a substitute water <br /> supply plan (SWSP) pursuant to C.R.S . 37-90-137, approved by the <br /> State Engineer' s Office (SEO) for replacement of the ground water <br /> depletions due to mining. This plan will be updated and renewed <br /> every 2 years . <br /> The Applicant will maintain a SWSP throughout the life of <br /> the mine . After completion and reclamation of all lined <br /> reservoirs there will be no long-term evaporative depletions . <br /> However, if any unlined open surface water areas created by <br /> mining remain at the end of reclamation, then a court approved <br /> augmentation plan will be applied for before reclamation is <br /> complete . <br /> 100-Year Floodplain <br /> Portions of the West Farm Reservoirs mine are located within <br /> the 100-year floodplain of the South Platte River. The applicant <br /> will obtain a Flood Hazard development Permit from the Town of <br /> Platteville if needed. The location of the 100-year flood line <br /> shown on the affected lands was transferred from FIRM Panel <br /> 08123C1905E, effective 1/20/16 to all maps . <br /> L.G.
