Dates of Reclamation Work: Reclamation work was completed in the areas requested for release during 2010 or 2012 by OMLLC. Documentation of reclamation work is included in Exhibit 2.04-E3 of the permit document. Description of Bond Release Amount Request: The subject of the bond release is the final release from liability and release and return of the remaining reclamation bond for areas where it has been demonstrated that OMLLC has completed all reclamation obligations and successfully met the final revegetation success criteria. The reclaimed areas requested for release are in conformance with the approved post- mining land use(s)which have been implemented. Remaining reclamation at the mine site includes any required repair to reclaimed areas due to minor surficial erosion,weed control, and maintenance. All mining related disturbance has been reclaimed in accordance with the approved reclamation permit. The reclaimed areas requested for release do not require rill or gully repairs and have been treated to remove noxious weeds. Protection of the Hydrologic Balance: Annual Hydrology Reports (AHR) have been submitted annually for the mine and the information within the AHR's has demonstrated the continued protection of the hydrologic balance at the mine site and off-site. Self- monitoring of the sediment control system has been continual, and where regular inspections have revealed concerns with protection of the hydrologic balance, protection measures have been implemented and maintained.
