Successful <br /> vegetation was observed on all locations. Weeds were observed on H, C, and N <br /> pads and their associated accesses." NS comments: H, C, and N pads were not <br /> removed from disturbed acreage due to weeds. <br /> The DRMS's recognition of the successful reclamation of the above areas results in a 5.483 <br /> acre reduction of Natural Soda's disturbed acreage. In summary, we understand: <br /> Prior Permit Acreage 12,248 <br /> Current Permit Acreage 12,248 <br /> Change in Permit Acreage 0 <br /> Prior Total Disturbed Acreage 103.698 <br /> Current Total Disturbed Acreage 98.215 <br /> Disturbed Acreage Reduction 5.483 <br /> NS understands that this reduction of disturbed acreage along with the 2022 P&A'd wells (90-1, <br /> BG-1, DS-2, DVPW-1(A&B), 16H-R, and 3M-TDR [Nov 2022]) will effect CIRCES calculations <br /> and should be considered at the time of the next Technical Revision (TR) CIRCES recalculation. <br /> SPECIALIZING IN PROFESSIONAL GEOLOGICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, HYDROLOGICAL, GEOTECHNICAL AND PERMITTING SERVICES <br />
