CO Tressa Guynes Clerk and Recorder <br /> DEED OF EASEMENT <br /> THIS DEED OF EASEMENT is made this day of , 2021, by <br /> and between NEAL FRUIT COMPANY, LLLP ("Grantor"), whose adds s is 5915 5800 Road, <br /> Olathe, CO 81425, and the COUNTY OF MONTROSE, COLORADO, "Grantee whose <br /> address is 317 South 2rid Street, Montrose, Colorado 81401. <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> Grantor conveys, transfers, and delivers unto the GRANTEE, its successors, and assigns, in <br /> perpetuity, an exclusive easement in, over, and across the real property hereinafter described for <br /> purposes of right of entry, ingress and egress to and from 5750 Road, Montrose, Colorado for <br /> roadway purposes on the gravel haul road now in use, and for the purposes of hauling gravel, and <br /> gravel pit operation and maintenance from an adjacent property.
