Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> CONVOENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Hayden Gulch Loadout; DRMS Permit No. C-1992-081,operated by <br /> Hayden Gulch Terminal,LLC. No activity was occuring on site at the time of inspection. <br /> Permit Revision No. 2(PR-2) and Bond Release No.2(SL-2)have been approved and issued by the Division. <br /> PR-2 modied the approved reclamation plan and post-mining land use for the major portion of the Hayden Gulch <br /> Loadout,consistent with the transfer of former rail spur areas to the Town of Hayden(Hayden)for recreational <br /> use. The former rail spur area has been converted to a recreational trail for the use of residents and visitors to <br /> Hayden under a locally managed "Tracks-to-Trails"program. The Division issued PR-2 on 12/27/21. The <br /> Divison issued SL-2 on 2/17/2022. <br /> Areas not phase III bond released in the permit include the former haul road,maintaned by Routt County. The haul <br /> road and associated areas includes 214.1 acres,of which 96.6 are disturbed. The other remaining,not yet bond <br /> released area is directly north and south of Hwy 40,to be reclaimed to agricultural use. This includes 6.8 acres of <br /> which 2.3 are disturbed. <br /> Please note the permit renewal,RN-6 application is due to the Division no later than 11/23/2022. <br /> AVAILABILITY OF RECORDS—Rule 5.02.4(1): <br /> Records were checked at the Foidel Creek Mine office. Details can be found at the end of this report. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3),Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4), Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and <br /> (6)/4.03.2(5) and(6),Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The haul road was well maintained and no issues were noted. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The remaining permit area North of Hwy 40 appears well vegetated. This portion of the permit is planned <br /> to be incorporated into adjacent hay fields.
