Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste R - Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a partial inspection of the Williams Fork Mine; permit C1981044, operated by Moffat <br /> County Mining LLC. The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, <br /> Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately 78 degrees F. There was a <br /> light breeze and it was sunny. No offsite air or water quality impacts were noted at the time of <br /> inspection. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> o Thistle and white top mitigation needed in north railroad field. <br /> o Reseed refuse pile. <br /> o I he culvert and the pump housing at the 5 Mine Well in the south bottomlands are open. <br /> These should be covered as soon as possible. <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS ADDRESSED <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Facilities have been removed throughout the site. <br /> Reclamation is at the portal is nearly completed and is anticipated to be finished by the end 2022. <br /> Casings have been pulled from the 7 North Angle well and the 5 Mine Well. The 7 North Angle <br /> well has been capped and will be retained for use as a stock watering source by the State Land <br /> Board. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil piles were marked with a T post. <br /> o Permit boundary markers were visible, adequately spaced and intact. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 3 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2of9 <br />
