It went two places: into the Carey 16 in your inspection how long this sinkhole had been <br /> 17 Pond, and then at some point a north trench was dug, 17 there? <br /> 18 and a portion of the water was flawing into the 18 A. That was the first time I had seen <br /> 19 north-trending ditch. 19 it, and we went back on regular inspections. So it <br /> 20 Q. So when you were asked to calculate 20 was a new subsurface hole. <br /> 21 how many acre feet had been running for roughly four 21 Q. And when you went back on regular <br /> 22 weeks -- 30 days, did you account in that estimate 22 inspections, did you observe other sinkholes in that <br /> 23 for the amount of water that went into the Carey 23 ditch? <br /> 24 Pond? 24 A. I did not. <br /> 25 A. I -- I used the amount Mr. Fontanari 25 Q. Did you observe other sinkholes on <br /> 85 87 <br /> 1 simply told me, the period of time, and the cfs, and 1 the surface of Tract Number 71? <br /> 2 that's how I got the calculation. 2 A. No, I did not. <br /> 3 Q. Understood. So -- 3 Q. Did you walk Tract 71 to inspect it <br /> 4 A. I didn't separate out which went into 4 and investigate it to determine any other areas <br /> 5 which. 5 where a hydrologic connection occurred? <br /> 6 Q. Okay. And so Photo Number 3 of your 6 MR.
