The application was submitted by Snowcap <br /> Coal Company,Inc on June 22,2022 for the Roadside Portals. In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) <br /> of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining,we <br /> are providing notice of this proposed decision. <br /> Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br /> a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the date following the <br /> first publication of the public notice by the Division in the The Daily Sentinel. <br /> The underground mine is located approximately 5 miles North of Palisade, Colorado.
