The application was submitted by Snowcap <br /> Coal Company,Inc on June 22,2022 for the Roadside Portals. In accordance with Rule 2.08.5(3)(b) <br /> of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining,we <br /> are providing notice of this proposed decision. <br /> Any person with an interest which may be adversely affected by the proposed decision may request <br /> a formal hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board within 30 days of the date following the <br /> first publication of the public notice by the Division in the The Daily Sentinel. <br /> The underground mine is located approximately 5 miles North of Palisade, Colorado. The permit <br /> area is further described as follows: <br /> T10S,R98W, 6th PM Sections 26, 34, and 35; T11S,R98W, 6th PM Section 2 all in Mesa County. <br /> Copies of the renewal application are available for public review at the Mesa County Clerk and <br /> Recorder,200 S. Spruce Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501. A Copy of the Division's "Proposed <br /> Decision and Findings of Compliance" is available at Mesa County Clerk and Recorder, 200 S. <br /> Spruce Street, Grand Junction, CO 81501.
