The PR requests an increase in <br /> the affected area and expands the permit boundary by 137.1 acres. The PR proposed additional mining in I and C Pits <br /> located on state surface/mineral ownership lands. Also, PR11 requests additional mining in L-Pit which is privately owned <br /> surface land but included in Federal Coal Lease area C-079641. <br /> We deemed the application complete on 10/24/2022 and I found that OSMRE was not provided notice. I am looking into <br /> the reason why that is.
