<br /> <br /> <br /> <br />October 18, 2022 <br /> <br />David Felderhof <br />Zephyr Gold USA Ltd <br />1959 Upper Water St. <br />Suite 1300 <br />Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3N2, 00000 <br /> <br />Re: Dawson Gold Project - File No. P-2020-002 <br /> Zephyr Gold USA Ltd <br /> Surety Release Request (SL-1) <br /> Full/Final Release request <br /> <br />Dear David Felderhof: <br /> <br />On October 18, 2022 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety concluded its review of the <br />Surety Release Request application submitted to the Division on July 29, 2022, addressing the <br />following: <br /> <br />This application initiates the process by which the Prospector may be released from reclamation <br />liability by demonstrating compliance with all reclamation requirements. <br /> <br />The decision reached by the Division is: Approve. <br /> <br />We have not yet received written notification from the US BLM whether satisfactory reclamation has <br />been completed. <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Division of Reclamation Mining and Safety elected to release <br />Zephyr Gold USA Ltd from further responsibility for the Dawson Gold Project. Pending BLM <br />concurrence, this site will be released in its entirety at which time you should advise the issuer of your <br />bond of this release by copy of this letter.
