Box 1430, <br />Palisade, CO 81526 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. Update alternate water supply <br />text on pages 7-15 and 7-16, Vol 2, Tab 7, add new Appendix 7-4, Vol 2, Tab 7, update Table of Contents <br />in Vol 2, Tab 2 and update Table of Contents in Vol 1, Tab 1 The applicant is not proposing additional <br />surface disturbance outside of the area currently approved for disturbance.
