The <br /> area know roughly as Amendment 5, was never affected by the mining operation. The remaining <br /> permitted area is 349.0 acres. <br /> Enclosed with this correspondence are three separate maps: <br /> • Exhibit B-1, Index or Location Map. <br /> • Exhibit S-1, Permanent Man-made Structures, or Existing Conditions Map. <br /> • Exhibit F-1, Reclamation Plan Map. <br /> Please note, the Reclamation Plan Map includes the revised and proposed seed mix as discussed <br /> in or Technical Revision. <br /> Please note, the Acreage Reduction form requires the operator verify by signature that, "All <br /> applicable portions of the Reclamation Plan requirements have been satisfied in accordance with <br /> these Rules and all applicable requirements under the Act." Our signature verifies, to the best of <br /> our knowledge, no mining has occurred.
