The attached information is <br /> being provided to notify you of the location and nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with <br /> the Division of Reclamation,Mining,and Safety(the "Division")and the local county clerk and recorder. <br /> The applicant/operator proposes to reclaim the affected land to . l r C— use.
