<br /> <br />NOTICE <br />Consideration of Construction Materials Reclamation Permit <br />Permit Conversion Application <br /> <br />DATE: September 28, 2022 <br /> <br />TO: Office of Archaeology & Historic Preservation <br />History Colorado Center <br />1200 Broadway <br />Denver, CO 80203 <br /> <br />FROM: Patrick Lennberg <br /> <br />RE: Phillips Stone Company - File No. M-1981-075, Blue Mountain Stone, Inc. <br /> Permit Conversion Application (CN-1) <br /> Conversion Application (CN-1) to convert the currently approved 110c for 9.9 acres to a <br />112c with 43 acres. <br /> <br />Please be advised that on September 27, 2022, Blue Mountain Stone, Inc., whose address and telephone <br />number are 4168 Ute Hwy, Longmont, Co 80503; (303) 823-9625, filed an application for a/an Permit <br />Conversion (CN- 1) to M1981075, Phillips Stone Company, which is located approximately 2 miles of <br />Lyons, Section 5, Township 3N, Range 70W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Boulder County. <br /> <br />Conversion Application (CN-1) to convert the currently approved 110c for 9.9 acres to a 112c with 43 acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for December 26, 2022. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Patrick Lennberg at the Division <br />of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (303) <br />866-3567 x 8114. <br /> <br />Blue Mountain Stone, Inc. is required to publish a public notice in a newspaper of general circulation in the <br />locality of the mining operation once per week for four consecutive weeks. If you wish to make comments <br />on or objections to the mine plan and/or the reclamation plan, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days <br />of the date of the last newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the <br />Division. You should contact the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your <br />comments or any objection by the end of the public comment period, the Division will assume you have no <br />objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br /> <br />M-GR-03A-P
