Windsor East Mine, Exhibit D – Mining Plan September 2022 <br /> Page 4 | 4 <br /> <br />excess overburden from Cell B will be placed in stockpile OB1 or in the overburden overflow area on top <br />of Cell B. <br />4. Cell C will be the second cell mined. The slopes of Cell C will be concurrently reclaimed using overburden <br />from stockpiles OB1 and the overburden overflow area on top of Cell B. <br />5. Cell D topsoil will be stripped and used in reclamation of Cells A and C. Overburden from Cell D will be <br />used in the reclamation of Cell C. Any excess overburden from Cell D will be placed in stockpile OB2. <br />6. Cell D will then be mined. It will then be reclaimed by backfilling it with overburden from the overburden <br />overflow area on top of Cell B including the overburden originally left behind in Cell B. <br />7. Cell B will be the last cell mined, and it will be backfilled with the remaining overburden from stockpile <br />OB1. <br />8. The topsoil from TS1, TS2 and TS3 will then be used to complete reclamation of Cells B and C as well as <br />the edges of Cells A and C. <br />9.0 EARTHMOVING <br />Earthmoving is performed using a combination of mobile mining equipment including, but not limited to loaders, <br />dozers, scrapers, backhoes, water trucks, diesel powered generators, and pumps.
