Box 187 <br /> Craig, Colorado 81626 <br /> RE: Trapper Mining Inc.,Permit; C1981010 <br /> Review: Development Drilling Abandonment Report 2022 <br /> Dear Ms. Perkins: <br /> The Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining, and Safety (CDRMS), has reviewed and found <br /> the above referenced report to be in general compliance with Rule 4.07.3 Permanent Sealing, <br /> with respect to CDRMS regulations. <br /> The report details the 16 exploration holes drilled in the year 2022. The Division received the <br /> report via electronic transmission on 23 August 2022. The report comprises the location <br /> information, depth and diameter of drill holes, how the holes were drilled and sealed, and the <br /> date abandoned as per the afore mentioned rule (4.07.3). A map indicating the location of each <br /> hole was also included. <br /> Based on the information submitted, it appears the drill holes were abandoned using methods <br /> approved in section 3.3 of the Trapper Mining, Inc, permit and rule 4.07.3. <br /> DRMS has no questions at this time.
