Since the light use road is an upgrade of the existing YVEA road, it will <br />remain in place. <br />Stoker Truck Loadout Fan Building and Retaining Walls <br />A fan building is planned for construction as a part of the stoker truck self -loading facilities addressed under MR <br />96-143. This fan building will be built adjacent to the previously approved MCC building. The fan building will <br />be of metal construction and will have a 6 inch thick concrete floor. Dimensions of this building will be l5 feet by <br />15 feet. <br />Retaining walls are planned to protect the MCC building and fan building at the stoker truck self -loading facility <br />and the transfer building at the portal. The retaining walls are planned to be constructed using steel piles with <br />treated cribs placed between the piles. The MCC building and fan building at the stoker truck self loading facility <br />will be protected by a 40 -foot long by 8 -foot high wall on the south and cast sides of the buildings.
