(c) A map prepared to the standards of 2.10 shall accompany the plan. <br />(d) For those disturbed areas within the permit area where long term structures or facilities <br />exist or are to be constructed the applicant may propose specific alternative land uses which may be approved <br />towards the end of the life of the mine through the permit revision procedures required by 2.08. In such cases, the <br />implication shall contain a clear demonstration along with supporting information that the premining land use <br />capability will be achieved. <br />RESPONSE <br />The implementation of the reclamation plan presented under Section 2.05.4 will reins to land affected by TCC <br />surface operations and facilities to the premine land uses of r_aneland,_ pastureland -cropland! Following <br />mining, the Fish Creek Borehole/Shaft Area location, portal and waste pit areas wi1I be backfilled and graded to <br />approximate original contour, drainage patterns restored to their original function, topsoil reapplied, and the <br />appropriate seed mixtures planted.
