Compliance with the terms and conditions of CDPS (NPDES) permits effects compliance with the Clean Water <br /> Act, the Colorado Water Quality Control Act, and other applicable water quality laws, regulations, and health and <br /> safety standards. Copies of CDPS Permit Nos. CO-0027154, CO-0036684, CO-0042161, COG-850051, COG- <br /> 850054 COR-040126, and COR03F087 are maintained at the Mine in the Compliance Notebooks. <br /> EASTERN MINING DISTRICT <br /> TC has applied to the Colorado Department of Public Health, and Environment - Water Quality Control Division <br /> for individual discharge permits to allow discharge of mine water from both the Fish Creek Borehole Location, and <br /> the 10-Right Dewatering Installation. <br /> The current emission permits will be used for all mine activities. The current permits allow TC to exhaust up to <br /> 1,070,000 ACFM. <br /> EMD (Panels 2 Right through 6 Right) (PR 97-04) <br /> TC will utilize the existing surface facilities for the mining activities occurring in this mining district. No new <br /> discharge permits or air quality permits will be required for current or planned mining activities, as the existing <br /> ones cover all proposed activities. <br /> NMD (Panels 17 Right through 23 Right) (PR 03-06) <br /> TC will utilize the existing surface facilities for the mining activities occurring in this mining district.
