Install sediment <br />control BMPs in this <br />area to provide <br />relief from surface <br />runoff until a <br />permanent repair <br />can be completed. <br />Provide OSMRE <br />with the location <br />and type of BMPs <br />that have been <br />selected as well as <br />photo <br />documentation of <br />installation. 2. <br />Submit drainage <br />design plans for <br />OSMRE approval. <br />3. Upon OSMRE <br />approval, complete <br />repair of the <br />drainage. 4.
