<br /> As noted above, coal Fines and coal/dirt mixtures generated during the railcar <br /> unloading/tivck haulage operation described by TR-06 will be used to backfill the cut area <br /> immediately adjacent to the facilities area. Broken concrete will also be used as <br /> backfill material. These waste materials will be placed in the bottom of the cut area and <br /> covered with a minimum oP four (4) feet of suitable backfill material to prevent <br /> contamination to groundwater regime and minimize any adverse off-site impacts. <br />HGTI will receive coal from the Twentymile Coal Company (Twentymile) for truck haulage to <br />the off-site customer. Results from column leach testa conducted by Twentymile indicate <br />that the coal is not an acid forming material.
