5. Per Rules 1.6.2(1)(a)and 6.4.17,notice should be given to the Delta County Board of County <br /> Commissioners and, as appropriate,to the local soil conservation district. Please notice these <br /> entities and provide proof to the Division. <br /> 6. Adjacent property owners are not shown on the Exhibit C maps,but these maps must include this <br /> information per Rule 6.4.3.This can be done with parcel numbers that correspond to a list of <br /> property owners. <br /> 7. Also per Rule 6.4.3,Exhibit C maps must indicate names and locations of roads, creeks, and <br /> utilities. <br /> 8. Per Rule 6.4.18,Exhibit R must include a proof of filing with the Delta County Clerk and <br /> Recorder. <br /> Your application will not be considered submitted until all the information listed above is <br /> received and found sufficient to begin our technical review. <br /> Regarding the public notice,this should not be run in the newspaper until the Division has found that <br /> the application is sufficient for review,per Rule 1.6.2(1)(d). You will need to run a new public notice <br /> (four dates)after that time. Please also see Rule 1.7.1(2);the text states that comments must be received <br /> within 20 calendar days of the last date of publication. The Division recommends that the draft notice <br /> be sent to us for review before you publish it. <br /> You have 60 days from the above date to submit all necessary documents that the Division needs for an <br /> application to be considered filed. If,at the end of the 60-day period,the application has not been <br /> determined to be filed,the Division may deny the application and terminate the application file. <br /> This letter shall not be construed to mean that there are no other technical deficiencies in your <br /> application.
