The permittee <br /> seeks to reduce the maximum proposed disturbance area in order to make the bond more <br /> manageable and reflect market conditions. The total disturbance area will be no more than 15 <br /> acres. This will consist of both the Storage Area and the active Pit. Concurrent reclamation will <br /> ensure this disturbance limit is maintained.
