AM-1
CRG Mining LLC DMC/THM
510 S. Wisconsin St.
Gunnison, CO 81230
August 25, 2022
Mr. Dustin Czapla RECEIVED
Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety
Room 215 SEP 0 5 A22
1001 E. 62"d Ave.
DIVISION OF RECLAMATION,
Denver, CO 80216 MINING&SAFETY-MINERALS
Re: Upper Gold Links Mine, Permit M-2016-083, Amendment Application
Dear Mr. Czapla,
Please find enclosed the 110(2) permit amendment application with exhibits for the above-named
permit.
The amendment is intended solely to add adjoining land to the existing permit to allow additional area
where we intend to permanently place waste rock from our underground mine development. There are
no portals or other underground openings planned or proposed in this amendment.
The existing permitted site is located in a dry, upland gulch. The additional land in this amendment
adjoins the western end of the permit and extends down the gulch. We will provide all stormwater and
sediment controls needed to ensure there will be no offsite impacts. All waste rock generated by this
mine is inert; no mineralized material will be placed there.
All growth medium in the affected area will be salvaged as much as practicable, and protected so it may
be used during revegetation of the disturbed area.
Please contact me if there are further questions.
Sincerely,
J
Jake Wilkinson
Manager, CRG Mining LLC
Encl: 110(2) permit amendment application package, amendment fee ($661)
