Preliminary review of the information received <br /> determined the following items must be received before the Division can consider the <br /> application as being submitted and technical review can begin: <br /> Application Form <br /> 1. The Division requires the application form list the exact company name registered with the <br /> Colorado Secretary of State office, "Korwell Land Holdings, LLC'. On Page 1, Item#1, the <br /> Applicant lists the company name as "Korwell Land Holdings". Please revise the company <br /> name on Item#1 of the application form to indicate"Korwell Land Holdings, LLC'. A copy of <br /> the Colorado Secretary of State summary page is attached for reference. <br /> 2. On Page 1, Items#3 and#3.2,the Applicant indicates the proposed permitted acreage at 132 <br /> acres. According to the Weld County Assessor,the parcel is 162.4383 acres. Please verify the <br /> Applicant intends to only permit 132 acres of the property or revise the application form to <br /> indicate the actual acreage of the parcel. <br /> 3. The Division requires the application form list the exact company name registered with the <br /> Colorado Secretary of State office, "Korwell Land Holdings, LLC'. On Page 2, Item#7,the <br /> Applicant lists the company name as "Korwell Land Holdings LLC'. Please revise the company <br /> name on Item#7 of the application form to indicate "Korwell Land Holdings, LLC'. <br /> 4.
