Marshall <br /> <br />RE: Logan Wash - File No. M-1977-424, Occidental Oil Shale, Inc. <br /> Acreage Release Request Application (AR-3) <br /> Acreage Release to reduce the permitted acreage to 26.0 acres. <br /> <br />Please be advised that on August 30, 2022, Occidental Oil Shale, Inc., whose address and telephone number <br />are C/o Glenn Springs Holdings, Inc. 5 Greenway Plaza, Suite 110, Houston, TX 77046; (713) 366-5143, <br />filed an application for a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 3) to M1977424, Logan Wash, which is located <br />approximately 10 miles of Debeque, Section 25, Township 7S, Range 97W, 06th Principle Meridian, in <br />Garfield County. <br /> <br />The Reclamation Areas requested for release of warranty include Areas 1, 2, 4, 10, 13, and the Soil Barrow <br />Area, and total approximately 21.65 acres. Acreage Release to reduce the permitted acreage to 26.0 acres. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for October 31, 2022. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Travis H. Marshall at the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone <br />at (303) 866-3567 x 8186. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
