Compliance With Mine Plan N - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> N -Other N - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> N -Processing Waste N -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This report documents the observations made during a partial inspection of the Roadside Portals <br /> Mine conducted on August 29, 2022. The inspection was conducted by Clayton Wein of the <br /> Division. Tonya Hammond represented Snowcap Coal Company (SCC) during the inspection. <br /> The weather was clear with a temperature of 72 degrees F. The ground conditions were dry. <br /> Please see the photographs attached to this report for a visual of the site conditions at the time of <br /> the inspection. <br /> HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br /> Drainage Control 4.05.1,4.05.2,4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7,4.05.10; <br /> Diversions 4.05.4;Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br /> Drainage —Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8;Impoundments 4.05.6,4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br /> During the inspection the landowner's Tract 71 Ditch was dry. There is no longer any water available <br /> from Rapid Creek to use for irrigation. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15,Rule 3: <br /> The TR-69 Repair Area was stable with vegetative cover. There were no indications of erosional features. <br /> The sediment waddles were intact and in good condition. The disturbed boundary markers were in place and a <br /> mine identification sign was posted on one of the boundary markers. The landowner has bladed approximately 1/4 <br /> to 1/3 of Tract 71. All of the bladed area lies within the western portion of tract 71.
