Xcel Energy has been added to the table on the attached Exhibit C-3. <br /> 6.5 Geotechnical Stability Exhibit <br /> The stability report has been updated to reflect the gas line 47.6 feet from the slung wall and added <br /> language about the possibility of a rerouted gas line around Cell 6 which would be 40.6 feet from the outside <br /> of the slurry wall. <br /> Table 1 represents that the failure circles were run starting at 40-feet from the highwall in case a gas line <br /> was rerouted closer to the slung wall that anticipated.
