The inspection was conducted and the report and photos prepared by me, <br /> Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The temperature was approximately 88 degrees F. There was no <br /> breeze. No offsite air or water quality impacts were noted at the time of inspection. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS in PROGRESS: <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> o Thistle and white top mitigation needed in north railroad field. <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS ADDRESSED <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is underway as permitted. Facilities have been removed throughout the site. <br /> Reclamation is expected to be completed by the end 2022. Backfill and grading activities were <br /> occurring at the 5A Portal at the time of inspection. Wells in the Williams Fork bottomlands are <br /> in the process of being reclaimed, filled and capped. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil piles were marked with a T post. <br /> o Permit boundary markers were visible, adequately spaced and intact. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)14.03.2(3);Drainage 4.031(4)14.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(S) and(6)14.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7)14.03.2(7) <br /> o The Haul Road at the entrance off State Highway 13 was dry and in good repair at the <br /> time of inspection. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br />
