This inspection was conducted by Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of <br /> Reclamation,Mining,and Safety(Division). No activity was occuring on site at the time of inspection. <br /> The remaining areas of the permit after the approval of SL-2 include the former haul road and area near Hwy 40. <br /> No issues were noted as a result of this inspection. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: The remaining areas of the permit on either side of Hwy40 on the <br /> north side of the permit area will be incorporated into the surrounding hay fields also owned by the permit holder. <br /> The haul road is being maintained by Routt county and is in the process of being turned over to the county. <br /> Shown below is the remaining permit area north of Hwy 40 and the site ID sign.
