EXHIBIT G <br /> Pine Creek is dry most of the time , there is no running water in <br /> it at all unless it rains a good amount. We will not use any of <br /> the water from the creek if there is any in it. There will be no <br /> dust control for the haul roads or inside the pit. <br /> There will be berms to keep waste water from getting into <br /> Pine Creek and stockpiles will be kept at distance to also help <br /> with not contaminating the water that will be in the creek. <br /> Pine Creek starts just above of where the new expansion will <br /> be located and then runs through part of the existing part of <br /> the original pit. <br />
