(The "Applicant/Operator") has tiled a Notice of Intent to <br /> Conduct Prospecting Operations with Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board (the <br /> "Board"). The Applicant/Operator proposes to conduct the mineral exploration in <br /> Montezuma County. This information is being provided to notify you of the location and <br /> nature of the proposed operation. The entire application is on file with the Division of <br /> Reclamation, Mining, and Safety(the "Division"). <br /> The applicant/operator proposes to conduct exploration drilling in the La Plata <br /> Mountains approximately 14 miles northeast of Mancos, at the east end of County <br /> Road "L".
