Suite 301 <br /> Grand Junction, CO 81501 <br /> 303.866.3567 Ext. 8188 <br /> July 22nd, 2022 <br /> Dear Mr. Czapa, <br /> This letter is to affirm access rights to Metallic Minerals US INC to the Eric L.Mari owned patented <br /> claims in Montezuma County, Colorado. <br /> All claims are held by Eric Mari, Mancos, Colorado resident and private citizen, with its <br /> registered address of 2002 Rollins Rd., Cortez, Colorado, 81321 <br /> These two patented mining claims are within a contiguous block situated in Section 32,Township <br /> 37 North, Range 11 West, N.M.P.M., Montezuma County, State of Colorado. A list of the <br /> applicable claims is provided below. <br /> A purchase agreement for the claims with the Metallic Minerals Corp., parent company of Metallic <br /> Minerals US INC, is pending. This agreement confers ownership and all applicable rights of entry: <br /> RIGHT OF ENTRY <br /> 9.1 The directors and officers of Metallic and its servants, agents, representatives, and <br /> independent contractors will have the sole and exclusive right in respect of the Property, subject to <br /> Permitted Encumbrances and applicable laws,regulations,and policies of regulatory authorities,to: <br /> (a) enter thereon, subject only to the right of the Optionor and its representatives to have <br /> access to the Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the Property <br /> for any work conducted thereon by the Optionee but at their own risk and expense. <br /> (b) subjection to the foregoing paragraph (a), have exclusive and quiet possession thereof. <br /> (c) do such prospecting, exploration, development and/or other mining work thereon <br /> and thereunder as Metallic in its sole discretion may determine advisable. <br /> (d) bring upon and erect upon, machinery and equipment as Metallic may deem advisable; <br /> and <br /> (e) remove therefrom and dispose of sample quantities of ores, minerals and metals for <br /> the purpose of obtaining assays or making other tests. <br />
