The first day following <br />publication of the notice initiates a thirty (30) day public comment period. If, within thirty days, there are <br />no requests for an adjudicatory hearing, the decision will become final. <br /> <br />As provided by Rule 3.02.2(4)(c), should you object to the Division’s proposed Decision, you may <br />request an adjudicatory hearing within thirty days of the above mentioned public notice publication. <br /> <br />If you have questions or need additional information, please contact me. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Jared L.
