(TC). This inspection was conducted by Tabetha Lynch with the Colorado Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining, and Safety(Division).Mike Howard of TC accompanied the inspection. Overall the weather was clear <br /> and warm during the inspection.Please address bold items below. <br /> EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE—Rule 4.09 <br /> Placement;Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization: waste pile appears to be on the 3"lift. The face of the second <br /> does not appear to have been covered or seeded yet. No standing water was present on the pile. Monitoring/ <br /> compaction reports have been received by the Division by NWCC. <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: Sediment does not appear to be adequately controlled on the north side <br /> of the stocker coal loadout building along the retaining wall(pictured below).The grading of this area needs to <br /> be addressed and temporary sediment control placed until the grade issue is resolved.All sediment from <br /> this area needs to be reporting to a pond. <br />
