EXHIBIT G <br /> Water Information <br /> The Korwell Soils Mine proposes to remove topsoil within the mining boundary to a depth of no more <br /> than 12-14 inches. Groundwater will not be encountered anywhere on the property at that depth, and <br /> therefore the proposed mine will have no impact on groundwater. <br /> Surface water within the boundary of the subject property consists of an irrigation pond located in the <br /> southeast corner. Surface water near the property include two major irrigation ditches located to the <br /> south. Adjacent properties also have irrigation laterals and ponds. Potential impacts to surface water <br /> from the mine operation will be mitigated by existing earthen berms.
