Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not On-site <br /> NA -Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA -Processing Waste NA -Topsoil <br /> COMMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Seneca IIW Mine, C 1982057, operated by Seneca Property LLC. The <br /> inspection was conducted,images analyzed and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. Miranda <br /> Kawcak,mine representative was present throughout the inspection. No hydrologic or air quality issues were <br /> detected at the time of inspection. It was a clear day with some scattered clouds and a light breeze. <br /> Temperatures were in the mid 70 degrees F. <br /> 1. O UTSTANDING MAINTENANCE ITEMS: <br /> A replacement mine identification sign is required at the main entrance from the County Road. <br /> 2. Willows encompassing the flume at Pond 46 require mitigation. <br /> INSPECTION.- <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation is complete and executed as permitted. Approximately 106.2 acres of Phase I released acres remain <br /> for bond release. These acres comprise the main haul road, Pond 6 and the slide area above; Ponds 15 and 16 and <br /> slide area on the east side of the site. Year nine vegetation sampling of the above mentioned areas is projected for <br /> August 2022. Reclamation appears stable with well established vegetation. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at permit boundary along main haul road was intact, displaying <br /> all required information: mine name, operator name, address,phone number, DRMS permit number and <br /> contact information. <br /> o The mine Id sign at the entry from the County Road is missing. <br /> o Permit boundary markers on the main haul road were intact and adequately spaced. <br /> ROADS Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3), 4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.031(4), 4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5)and(6) <br /> 4.03.2(5)and(6). <br /> o Roads were dry and in good repair providing access to the entire site. <br /> o The main haul road was stable and in good condition. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2 of 6 <br />
