Compliance With Mine Plan NA - Support Facilities Not on site <br /> N - Other NA - Special Categories Of Mining <br /> NA - Processing Waste N - Topsoil <br /> CONIMENTS <br /> This was a complete inspection of the Yoast Mine, C1994082, operated by Seneca Property <br /> LLC. Miranda Kawcack of Peabody Inc,was present throughout the inspection. The inspection <br /> was conducted, and the report prepared by me, Robin Reilley of the DRMS. The weather was <br /> clear and calm with temperatures hovering around 75 degrees F. The ground was dry. The roads <br /> were in good condition, and the entire site was accessible. No hydrologic or air quality issues were <br /> detected at the time of inspection. <br /> PERMITTING ACTIONS: <br /> MAINTENANCE ITEMS <br /> 1. Cattails at discharge structure of Pond#10 require mitigation. <br /> INSPECTION <br /> GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> Reclamation has been completed at the site. No offsite air quality issues or hydrologic impacts <br /> were observed at the time of inspection. Reclamation was observed to be stable with a diverse <br /> mix of well established vegetation. No expanses of bare areas or significant weed infestations <br /> were noted at time of inspection. Ponds and drainage ways appeared to be functioning <br /> adequately. <br /> SIGNS and MARKERS Rule 4.02 <br /> o Topsoil stockpiles observed were clearly marked with identifying signs. <br /> o The mine site identification signs observed at the mine access points,were intact,displaying all <br /> required information: mine name,operator name,address,phone number,DRMS permit number <br /> and contact information. <br /> Number of Partial Inspection this Fiscal Year: 0 <br /> Number of Complete Inspections this Fiscal Year: 1 <br /> Page 2 of 8 <br />
