Box <br />39, Hugo, CO 80821; (719) 743-2337, filed an application for a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 1) to <br />M1978051, Gaede Pit, which is located approximately 2.7 miles East of Limon, Section 1, Township 9S, <br />Range 56W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Lincoln County. <br /> <br />Request to remove one acre from the permit area that has not been affected. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for September 26, 2022. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Robin A. Reilley, GISP at the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone <br />at (303) 866-3567 x 8105. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
