The primary
changes to the text were to better define what 050 material size would be used and to define
the lengths and amount of materials needed to complete armoring in the Lake Marjorie
amendment area and in East Lake. McAtee also is committed to having no more that 300 feet
of bank area open that needs armoring at any-one-time and to have enough materials on site to
complete the bank slope armoring. On the attachments I changed the south cross-section to
show the new setback distance where the City of Sterling now owns everything east of the
amended permit line, immediately along the west bank of the Lowline Ditch and added one to
show the setbacks on the amendment area. I also, revised the FIMA Firmett maps to show
the existing permit area and added a Safety Factor calculation page for the D50 armoring
materials.
If you have more questions or need more information please call me at (303) 423-7297.
Sincerely,
15141.0 e-
Stevan L.
