Cazier, P.E. <br /> <br />RE: Ranch Land Rock Pit #2 - File No. M-2003-021, Ranch Land LLC dba Pioneer Sand Co Inc <br /> Acreage Release Request Application (AR-1) <br /> Acreage Reduction <br /> <br />Please be advised that on July 22, 2022, Ranch Land LLC dba Pioneer Sand Co Inc, whose address and <br />telephone number are 630 Plaza Drive Suite 150, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129; (719) 429-8950, filed an <br />application for a/an Acreage Release Request (AR- 1) to M2003021, Ranch Land Rock Pit #2, which is <br />located approximately 5 miles Southeast of Florence, Section 4, Township 20S, Range 68W, 06th Principle <br />Meridian, in Fremont County. <br /> <br />Release Phase 1 from permit area. <br /> <br />The application decision is scheduled for September 20, 2022. Written comments or objections to the <br />application may be submitted to and additional information obtained from Timothy A. Cazier, P.E. at the <br />Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215 Denver, CO 80203, by telephone <br />at (303) 866-3567 x 8169. <br /> <br />Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the <br />application review process.
