RECEIVED <br /> Black Obsidian Pit—Permit M-1987-026 JUL 19 2022 <br /> 112c Conversion Application (rev 7/14/22) DIVISION OF RECLAMATION <br /> Rule 6.4.19 MINING AND SAFETY <br /> Exhibit S <br /> Permanent Man-made Structures <br /> Permanent man-made structures on or within 200 feet of the 112c permit area include: <br /> House and related outbuildings,east of site, owned by Danny Ray Cherry. <br /> The affected area boundary is 200 feet from the house, and the only mining-related activity to be <br /> carried out in that part of the permit is stockpiling of overburden,and the later removal of overburden. <br /> There are no city-owned roads or county-owned roads within 200 feet of the permit boundary. The <br /> nearest public road is North Emery Street, a city street owned by the Town of Silver Cliff,which is more <br /> than 200 feet from the permit boundary. <br /> The overhead powerlines(owned by Sangre de Cristo Elec Coop) located parallel to the northern permit <br /> boundary,are 200 feet or more from the permit boundary. <br /> Please see Exhibit C Maps for locations of these structures. <br />
