The Black Obsidian Pit 112c permit boundary is <br /> shown on that map near the southern edge of the map, outlined in orange as noted in the legend. The <br /> map scale of this large map does not conform to Rule 6.2.1, however it is included to complement the <br /> other ownership map and provide additional ownership information. <br /> BLM: For all land controlled or managed by the USDI-BLM, please refer to the Record of Decision, <br /> provided to DRMS previously. Record of Decision states that BLM-managed land to be included in the <br /> proposed 112c permit,that both surface and mineral are federal, and right-of-entry is granted to <br /> Colorado Quarries. Exhibit C ownership map includes a tan-colored layer, created by BLM and provided <br /> by BLM to Colorado Quarries to overlay on these 112c permit ownership maps. (Number on map: 1) <br /> William Tezak: Mohawk claim, Queen of the Valley claim, La Belle France claim. <br /> William Tezak owns both surface and mineral rights to these claims.
